SVIT Bern: Andreas Schlecht takes over the presidency
The real estate professional association SVIT Bern has elected its former vice president Andreas Schlecht as its new president.

Andreas Schlecht succeeds Thomas Graf, who had presided over the association for five years. The official handover took place at the General Assembly of SVIT Bern in mid-September 2016. Schlecht had already been elected President-designate at last year's General Assembly for the 2016/17 association year.
"The SVIT Bern family has developed enormously and has been able to achieve a lot," summarized Thomas Graf, who had been involved in the board of SVIT Bern for 22 years. Graf recalled the launch of the real estate newspaper Immobest, the development of the Berner Eigenheimmesse or the cooperation with Feusi Bern, thanks to which new offers in the field of education and training could be created. The new president, Andreas Schlecht, wants to continue along this path and, in particular, promote young talent in the sector.
SVIT Bern has around 300 real estate professionals in the regions of Bern, Fribourg and Valais. (ah)
