Procimmo fund to be listed on the stock exchange in future
As of October 7, 2016, the Streetbox Real Estate Fund, which is managed by Procimmo SA, will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. It will be included in the SXI Real Estate Funds Index.
Listing the fund will give it greater visibility in the market and among potential investors, Procimmo announced. The SXI Real Estate Funds Index currently comprises around 30 Swiss real estate funds with a combined market capitalization of over CHF 38 billion.
The Streetbox Real Estate Fund invests primarily in properties of the "modular warehouse" type and is mainly active in the agglomerations of western Switzerland.
The high-quality modular boxes, "Streetboxes", are created by Procimmo and offered for sale or rent to SMEs in particular. The portfolio currently comprises "Streetboxes" at eighteen locations in western Switzerland.
The Streetbox Real Estate Fund currently has net fund assets of over CHF 100 million and total fund assets of around CHF 160 million. (ah)
