Roman Stein (42), a graduate ETH physicist and finance specialist, was most recently CFO and member of the Group Executive Board at CSS Versicherung, one of Switzerland's leading health insurers.

Prior to this, he held various positions at Zurich Insurance Group for 14 years, including Head of Accounting and Controlling in Switzerland and the UK.
