Third closing for Vescore fund
With the equity placed to date almost fully invested, Quadoro Doric and Vescore have launched the third closing for the open-ended special fund Vescore Sustainable Real Estate Europe (VSREE).
To date, nine properties have been acquired in Belgium, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. The focus is on office space. All properties meet the fund's strict sustainability criteria.
The fund's yield in the past first full fiscal year was 4.4 percent, and the distribution is expected to be 4.1 percent, according to a statement from the fund. This means that the targeted distribution yield has already been achieved in the first year.
Quadoro Doric Real Estate GmbH is responsible for the investment of the capital, Doric Investment GmbH is the capital management company of the special fund. (ah)
