Procimmo fund raises 60 million
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 has raised approximately CHF 60 million on the capital market. The newly issued shares on the occasion of the capital increase were oversubscribed, Procimmo reports.
The funds raised correspond to 586,281 new fund units. As of November 4, 2016, a total of approximately 1.173 million units of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 are now in circulation with investors.
With the additional financial resources, the fund intends to acquire further commercial and industrial properties in western Switzerland in the coming months, particularly on the periphery of major centers or along freeway axes. By the end of 2016, additional purchases are planned or envisaged in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, Saint-Légier, Genève-Acacias, Yverdon, Puidoux, Flamatt, Vernier and Ecublens, Procimmo says. (ah)
