Valres Fund: Capital increase to raise up to 70 million
The Valres Swiss Residential Fund (VSRF) will increase its capital in November of this year. The issue volume will amount to up to CHF 70.1 million.
As announced by the fund management of Valres Fund Management AG, the capital increase is to be carried out on a commission basis ("best-effort basis") from November 16 to 30, 2016, 12:00 noon (CET) as part of a public subscription offer in Switzerland.
Eight subscription rights entitle the holder to subscribe to seven new units. A maximum of 626,220 new units will be issued, with a net issue price of CHF 112 per payment. The fund intends to use the issue proceeds to further expand its real estate portfolio. (ah)
