Pontresina: Reopening of the Hotel Schloss Pontresina
The Hotel Schloss Pontresina Family & Spa in the Upper Engadine will reopen on December 1 following renovation work. It is now part of the JSH Hotels Collection.
Hotel Schloss Pontresina Family & Spa near St. Moritz is the first Swiss property in the JSH Hotels Collection, which manages a total of 15 city hotels and resorts, including hotels in Rome, Florence, Bologna, Rimini and Innsbruck, as well as resorts in Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and Maremma.
Dating back to the 19th century, the Belle Epoque castle is located at 1,800 meters above sea level, overlooking the glaciers of Piz Palü and Piz Bernina. The hotel has 141 rooms and suites, a 900-square-meter spa area and a 350-square-meter Kids and Junior Club, as well as two restaurants and a lounge bar. Facilities for up to 250 people are available for events. (ah)
