Valres fund raises over 70 million
The Valres Swiss Residential Fund (VSRF) has raised around CHF 70.14 million as part of its capital increase completed at the end of November. According to the fund management, 626,220 new units were issued at CHF 112 each.
Eight subscription rights entitled to the purchase of seven new shares; the new shares were paid on December 8, 2016. As Valres Fund Management AG further announces, the exercise rate was high and there was also strong demand from new investors, which is why the freely available shares were oversubscribed around three times.
