68th Real Estate Talk: The first speakers are known
On May 2, the 68th Swiss Real Estate Talk will take place at the Metropol Restaurant in Zurich and the first speakers have now been confirmed.

Office vacancies in Swiss centers are on the rise. Older properties in particular can hardly be rented out anymore in some cases. Conversion to apartments, hotels or other concepts could be alternatives. Under what circumstances do these make sense? And when is demolition and new construction more appropriate?
Robert van der Graaf, Senior Director Business Development at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and Peter Lehmann, CEO Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG, could be won as speakers. Further speakers will be announced soon.
