Bilfinger HSG becomes Apleona HSG
The Swiss real estate service provider Bilfinger HSG Facility Management AG, which belongs to the German Apleona GmbH (Frankfurt/Main), will be renamed Apleona HSG AG as of May 1, 2017.
As a result of the sale of Bilfinger's Building & Facility segment to the internationally active financial investor EQT (Stockholm) at the end of last year, the Swiss unit Bilfinger HSG Facility Management AG will now also be renamed Apleona HSG AG.
Around 21,500 real estate agents, qualified surveyors, facility managers, sustainability specialists, project and property managers, technicians and service staff work for the real estate service provider Apleona in over 30 countries.
The company offers integrated services across the entire life cycle of real estate - from investment, planning, realization and management to optimization and sale. It generates total output volume of around two billion euros.
