Credit Suisse and SwissPropTech Launch Study
The SwissPropTech network and Credit Suisse Real Estate Ecocomics want to take a closer look at the current digitalization dynamics in the industry with a survey.
"PropTech is not a new phenomenon in Switzerland, but obtaining valid information and reliable insights about it is generally challenging," explains network manager Mario Facchinetti of SwissPropTech. For this reason, it was decided - in cooperation with Credit Suisse Real Estate Economics - to conduct a survey in the real estate industry and to develop a study.
The results of the study should help to gain new knowledge on the topic of PropTech and a greater understanding of this rapidly growing area in the industry. All players and interested parties from the real estate industry can participate until August 7, 2017. After the evaluation of the survey, the participants will receive the study results as an exclusive report.
