The Reech Corporations Group has ambitious plans for the new real estate company. Through its subsidiary Hercules Real Capital, it initially intends to contribute a founding portfolio of CHF 200 million in first-class commercial real estate in Switzerland. A real estate company with assets of at least CHF 1 billion is to be built up by contributing further portfolios. The IPO of Stone Estate Swiss AG is also planned for the next twelve to 18 months.

Martin Signer will become CEO of the new player on the Swiss market on October 1. He was Head of Swiss Life's Swiss real estate business until the end of 2016 and has almost 20 years of experience in the real estate business. "For me, this task is a fascinating entrepreneurial challenge to build a new name in the Swiss real estate market," says Signer about his new position.

Christophe Reech, Chairman and CEO of the Reech Corporations Group, will become Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stone Estate Swiss. "I am delighted that we have been able to recruit Martin Signer, a proven expert in the Swiss real estate market, for our innovative new company Stone EstateSwiss AG," he says. "Swiss commercial real estate in particular is highly attractive because it generates stable and secure returns." This applies to both institutional and private investors. Stone EstateSwiss will focus on commercial real estate in the centers of Zurich, Basel, Bern and Geneva.

Other members of the Board of Directors include Henri-Christophe Oppenheim, former Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of Pictet & Cie, and Maurice Gauchot, former Chairman of CBRE France.

The Reech Corporations Group is active in the real estate sector and real estate financing, among other things, through its subsidiary Hercules Real Capital. The group was founded by former investment banker Christophe Reech in 1999. The portfolio comprises high-quality private and commercial real estate in the UK and other European countries.
