Facility Management: ISS Switzerland posts solid revenue growth
Facility management service provider ISS Switzerland generated sales of CHF 788.8 million in the 2017 financial year, which is almost three percent or CHF 20 million more than in the previous year.
68% of turnover was generated with Integrated Facility Services IFS. According to the company, the service segments with the highest turnover were Property Services (40%) and Cleaning (37%).
According to André Nauer, CEO of ISS Switzerland, the company has acquired over 900 new customers throughout Switzerland and has grown particularly strongly in French-speaking Switzerland. In addition, mandates were extended and consulting services in relation to workplace and energy management were expanded. ISS Switzerland also created the "Digital Transformation" unit in the past financial year and is now using its own headquarters as a test environment for Internet of Things (IoT) and robotics applications.
