Zurich: Implenia rents 12,000 sqm in Ambassador House
Construction group Implenia is relocating its headquarters to Ambassador House in Glattpark in Opfikon in 2021. CBRE brokered the lease.
Implenia plans to relocate its headquarters with around 800 employees to Ambassador House in the course of 2021 and has leased 12,000 sqm of office space for this purpose. The real estate service provider CBRE has been commissioned to lease the property and has secured Implenia as an anchor tenant. The Investor Leasing team acted as advisor and broker.
Adrian Wyss, Head Division Development Implenia, who was responsible for the project on the part of the management, says that the good location in Zurich North and the complex refurbishment in accordance with Leed Platinum were convincing factors. The company will move the employees of its sites in the Zurich area into the property. This project was recently approved by the General Assembly. (ah)
