Real estate fair Expo Real in Munich starts
From October 4 to 6, the Expo Real real estate fair will take place in Munich. A total of 1,900 exhibitors are in attendance, including, as usual, many Swiss players.
"Expo Real is back on track for growth," Messe München reports in the run-up to the international real estate trade fair. After two pandemic years and the associated restraint of many companies, the desire for information and exchange in the real estate industry is high, according to those responsible for the trade fair.
According to Claudia Boymanns, Expo Real project manager, a good 50% more exhibitors are taking part this year than last: This year there are 1,900 exhibitors, last year there were just under 1,200. The renewed interest in the trade fair cuts across the asset classes of residential and office real estate, hotels, logistics and retail. But also the international joint stands as well as the joint stands of the regions and cities all have more partners on board again than last year, says Boymanns.
The Swiss Circle is - as it has been for more than 20 years - again represented with a large joint stand (Hall A3, Stand 230). Partners include Swiss Prime Site, Halter, UBS Fund Management, PSP or Halter.
For the first time, the Madrid region will also participate in the fair, and there will be a stand of Ukraine. The reconstruction of the country will also play a role in the conference program. (ah)
