Geneva: "Côté Parc" to be completed this year

_{La Foncière has announced the start of marketing for the "Côté Parc" project in Petit-Saconnex, a district of Geneva. According to the fund company, 126 new apartments with affordable rents will soon be available there. Several new buildings are being constructed as part of this project and one building is being extended by four storeys. The development is located in a five-hectare park and comprises five buildings with 216 apartments, 950 square meters of commercial space, a crèche and an aparthotel with 99 rooms. A long-term rental agreement has already been signed for the latter, it is reported. Completion of the development has been announced for the fourth quarter of 2023. (aw)}
