Pensimo seeks successor for CEO
A successor for Pensimo CEO Jörg Koch is to be found by the end of next year. The company has also announced two new additions.

"After careful consideration, the Board of Directors and the CEO of Pensimo Management AG have jointly come to the decision that now is the right time to initiate the search for a successor to Jörg Koch as CEO of Pensimo Management AG," the company writes. The succession is to be arranged in the course of the coming year. Koch has worked for Pensimo for over thirteen years, twelve of them as CEO. "During this time, he has successfully led Pensimo Management AG with a great deal of energy and inventiveness, with strong growth in the number of properties managed, employees and tasks", the press release states. Milestones include the introduction of a management board last year, the positioning with regard to sustainability and the move to the new company headquarters at Josefstrasse 214 in Zurich, which should be completed in the spring.
Rosa Guyer and Maria Schönbeck strengthen Construction Management
Pensimo also announces two new additions: Rosa Guyer joined the Turidomus Investment Foundation team in August 2023 as a client representative and project manager in the Development & Construction Management department. She holds a degree in architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and has worked in various architectural firms as a planner and project manager as well as a project manager and consultant for general and total contractors.
Maria Schönbeck has also been working in the construction management team of the Pensimo investment foundation and the Swissinvest Real Estate Fund since August. She studied architecture in her home country of Ecuador and holds a master's degree in energy efficiency and sustainability from the Technical University of Munich. Most recently, she worked as a lean manager at Refine Schweiz AG on large and complex construction projects in Switzerland and Germany. (aw)
