Immo Helvetic completes capital increase
As planned, the real estate fund received CHF 76 million. The issue target had initially been somewhat lower.
The capital increase of the Immo Helvetic fund was successful. This was announced by the fund management company, Berninvest AG. According to the information provided, 400,000 units were subscribed at an issue price of CHF 191.00. This means that the fund received new money in the amount of CHF 76.4 million. This was the issue target that the fund had stated at the end of April. Previously, a target had been set that was a third lower (IB reported). The shares will be paid out on May 31. (aw)
