ISS Switzerland extends FM mandate with Swisscom
The contract covers an area of one million square meters and this time has been extended by seven years.
ISS Switzerland and Swisscom are extending their FM services contract by seven years until 2032. The contract covers over 1,000 locations with an area of around 1 million square meters. The property portfolio includes office and operational buildings as well as data centers throughout Switzerland. Before extending the mandate, Swisscom carried out a "comprehensive market review", according to the statement. ISS employs more than 750 people for Swisscom in the areas of building technology, building maintenance, reception, building cleaning and energy & construction project management.
