Kriens: Two new office tenants at Mattenhof

Mobimo has let two spaces in the property at Am Mattenhof 8 in Kriens (LU). On the one hand, ICT Berufsbildung signed a lease for 1,714 sqm a few weeks ago. The training provider in the field of information and communication technology will move from Ebikonerstrasse 75 in Adligenswil to Kriens. Mobimo has also announced that the health insurance company ÖKK has rented 572 sqm of office space. The income from these contracts will be recognized in the income statement from the second half of the year.

The Mattenhof 8 property is one of several owned by Mobimo in the district. It has 4,840 square meters, just over half of which are offices. (aw)
