Thun: Two apartment buildings planned on Gwattstrasse

A total of eleven family apartments are being built in the Strättligen district.

Baupunktbern General- und Totalunternehmung GmbH is planning to demolish the two buildings at Gwattstrasse 105 and 105a on behalf of Bern-based Jacobi Immobilien AG and replace them with two apartment buildings. A total of seven three-room apartments and four four-room apartments and a shared parking garage are to be built. An air heat pump and an elevated PV system on the flat roof are planned for heat and energy generation.

The construction sum is stated in the building application as CHF 6.0 million. (aw)
