Baar: Unterfeld Süd project approved
A neighborhood with 400 apartments has been given the green light by voters. Ina Invest now wants to start the approval process for the first stage.
On Sunday, voters in the municipality of Baar (ZG) approved the development plan for the first planning stage of the Unterfeld Süd project with a majority of 74.2 %. The project has thus cleared the next hurdle. In 2020, voters in Baar approved the partial revision of the building regulations and the zoning plan.
A new district is to be built on Unterfeld Süd. This is one of the last large contiguous building land reserves in the canton. It is located directly on the border between Baar and Zug, within walking distance of Lake Zug. A total of around 400 apartments and space for 1,000 workplaces are planned here.
Ina Invest has announced that it will now immediately start the building permit process for construction site 3 of the first stage. (aw)
