Akara Diversity plans issue in November
The 13th capital increase of the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK is expected to raise up to CHF 80 million.
The Akara Diversity PK real estate fund is to receive fresh capital soon. The fund management company, Swiss Prime Site Solutions, is planning an issue from November 11 to 29. The volume of capital raised is expected to be in the range of CHF 50 million to CHF 80 million and the fund units will be paid out on December 13.
The fund intends to use the new funds to expand its portfolio. "Exclusive transaction opportunities have already been secured," it says. In addition, ongoing projects are to be financed and the debt ratio further reduced "where possible".
Akara Diversity PK currently has total assets under management of around CHF 2.8 billion. In the first half of the year, the fund achieved a return on investment of 2.12%. This is made up of a cash flow return of 1.49% and a value change return of 0.63%. The difference between the cash flow yield of the Akara Diversity PK and 10-year government bonds is currently 2.5% p.a. (aw)
