Aarau: Logis Suisse plans 63 apartments
Five buildings are planned on an industrial site, which will be transferred to Logis Suisse under building rights. The consultation phase has been completed.

Logis Suisse is planning a low-car residential and commercial development with 63 apartments spread over an area of 5,400 square meters and 600 square meters of communal and commercial space on a building lease site owned by Eniwa AG on Erlinsbacherstrasse in Aarau. According to the company, a few "benevolent" contributions were received during the public consultation process. The preliminary review by the canton of Aargau will now take place until the planned public launch in mid-2025. The design plan is expected to become legally binding at the beginning of 2026.
A total of five houses with three to four storeys are planned. Eniwa Kraftwerk AG has building rights for the project on a 10,164 square meter plot. The designs are by Duplex Architekten AG. The apartment sizes range from 2 to 5.5 rooms. The investment volume amounts to CHF 32.5 million. According to current plans, construction is scheduled to take place from 2027 to 2029. (aw)
