According to a study by CBRE, London's West End remains the most expensive office location in the world, with annual rents of $267.14 per square foot.

Asian locations follow in second to fifth place: Hong Kong Central, Beijing Finance Street and Beijing Central Business District, and New Delhi. The two Swiss cities in the ranking of the world's most expensive office locations are Geneva (ranked 21st at $92.33/sqft.) and Zurich (ranked 27th at $82.76/sqft.).
