Credit Suisse sells building in Lugano
Credit Suisse has sold an owner-occupied property in the center of Lugano with an area of 9,300 sqm for CHF 60 million, according to information from AWP. The new owner is real estate entrepreneur Angelo Gilardoni.

Accordingly, the property had been up for sale since the end of 2014. The background to the sale is Credit Suisse's plans to relocate employees at the largest business location in Ticino to three other sites. However, Credit Suisse will initially remain as a tenant for another two years, the report continues. (ah)
