The investment volume for the historic office property with an area of around 5,000 sqm is around 30 million euros. Following a core renovation in 2012, the building, which was built in 1887, was one of the first properties in Rome to receive LEED GOLD certification. The office space is 100 percent leased to four international tenants.

Frankfurt-based IVG Institutional Funds GmbH is a provider and manager of structured real estate products for institutional investors with assets under management of around €10.1 billion. The company focuses mainly on commercial real estate in the office, retail and logistics sectors in Europe.
