Hochtief Projektentwicklung is realizing the property on a 930 sqm corner plot in Hamburg's Nikolaiviertel district. Retail and restaurant space will be created on the first floor, while the seven floors above, each of which can be divided into two to three rental areas, will be available for office use. The eighth floor will be converted into four residential units.

A basement is also planned: in addition to storage areas and rooms for building services, 18 parking spaces for cars and bicycles will also be provided.

The Kontorhaus Handelsreich will be built and equipped according to the criteria of a DGNB Silver certificate. (ah)
