Germany: AXA buys in Kiel
AXA Investment Managers Real Assets (AXA IM Real Assets) has purchased a commercial property on Holstenstrasse in the center of Kiel through AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH. The seller was the project developer Centrum.
The six-story building, built in the 1960s, was recently renovated. The 12,000 sqm of leasable space is almost fully let, the retail space to several retail tenants. The office space, on the other hand, is almost entirely occupied by a government agency. (ah)
