Regus plans massive expansion in Switzerland
Regus Business Center, provider of flexible office solutions, has far-reaching expansion plans. Worldwide, the number of locations is to increase from 1,500 today to 20,000. The expansion plan for Switzerland envisages growth from 22 today to 150 business centers.
In addition to the traditional business centers of 1,000 sqm, new formats such as "express" sites of 300 sqm and individual properties of 3,000 sqm are also being planned. CBRE Switzerland is advising Regus on its expansion. (ah)
