Procimmo buys in Meyrin
GF Machining Solutions, a division of the industrial corporation Georg Fischer (GF), has sold its administration building in Meyrin (GE) to Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 for CHF 27 million.
GF Machining Solutions has signed a multi-year lease agreement with the new owner for the building, which was constructed in 1987. The Meyrin site with its research and development center will remain the company's global headquarters.
In addition to the 6,600 sqm administration building, the transaction also includes 14,300 sqm of land. (ah)
