Zurich: ZKB buys Kuoni headquarters
Kuoni Group has sold the "Neue Hard" property in Zurich to Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) for CHF 75 million.
With the sales price of 75 million CHF, the estimated market value can be achieved, Kuoni Group says. All existing leases will be taken over by Zürcher Kantonalbank. Kuoni Group employees are expected to move into their new headquarters in Zurich-Oerlikon in the second half of 2016.
With the sale of its headquarters and two other properties in Zurich in recent years, Kuoni has completed the streamlining of its real estate portfolio in Switzerland, it added. (ah)
