Zurich: UBS renovates its headquarters
UBS AG has commissioned Implenia to refurbish its headquarters in Zurich. The building complex is to be extensively renovated and adapted to meet customer and user requirements.
In the first stage, the project comprises the renovation of the buildings at Bahnhofstrasse 45 and 47 and Pelikanstrasse 5 and 9a. The property will be renovated to LEED Platinum standard. Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2016 and continue into the second half of 2018. (ah)
