Corpus Sireo builds new Allianz headquarters in Berlin
Corpus Sireo, which is part of Swiss Life, is developing the new Allianz AG headquarters in Berlin together with FOM Real Estate.
To this end, Corpus Sireo Projektentwicklung Adlershof GmbH & Co. KG has acquired a 27,000 sqm commercial property in Berlin-Adlershof. On the site at Rudower Chaussee, Corpus Sireo and FOM Real Estate GmbH will realize an office building with a total of 50,000 sqm of rental space by probably March 31, 2019.
This has now been leased to Allianz Deutschland on a long-term basis. The insurance company is thus relocating its Berlin office from the Treptowers to a new office building in the "City of Science, Business and Media" in 2019. Colliers International advised on the lease and was supported by Combine Consulting. It is the largest lease of office space in Berlin this year. (ah)
