JLL: President at the helm in future
Christian Ulbrich will report to Dyer and be responsible for the business in the three global regions of EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific. "One of his main tasks will also be to generate further entrepreneurial growth through acquisitions," the services, consulting and investment management firm wrote in its statement.
Ulbrich has been with JLL since 2005, initially as Managing Director in Germany and since 2009 as the person responsible for the EMEA region. He will also be officially nominated as a member of the JLL Board of Directors at JLL's Annual General Meeting in May.
CEO Colin Dyer will continue to lead the company strategically. His particular focus will be on IT and data strategy. "Both LaSalle Investment Management and the areas of finance, human resources, legal and marketing will continue to be his responsibility," the statement continues.
Ulbrich's successor as Head of EMEA will be Guy Grainger, who previously served as CEO in the UK for three years. Anthony Couse is also new to the position of CEO Asia-Pacific. (mr)
