The CHF 40 million project in the south of the city of Bern includes ten movie theaters, a bowling alley, two restaurants, offices and shopping facilities. The center is scheduled to open in March 2018.

The center will set a new urban accent and contribute to the attractiveness of the municipality of Muri-Gümligen, Implenia says. According to the company, the special technical challenges in the construction work include, above all, the concrete work in the area of the cinema halls due to the large spans, the rooms that are up to twelve meters high and the sloped concrete ceilings.
