Alfred Müller builds residential quarter in Buchrain
Alfred Müller AG has received the building permit for the "Reussperle" project in Buchrain (LU). Construction work is scheduled to start in spring 2017; in the first stage, two residential buildings with 67 rental apartments will be built.
The Reussperle site is located at the entrance to Buchrain, directly on the Perlenkanal. In addition to the two residential buildings, two commercial buildings are also planned.
Alfred Müller AG is planning rental apartments with 2.5 to 6.5 rooms; this broad mix is intended to appeal to different target groups.
The two commercial buildings with a total of 8,000 sqm of service area come to stand on the main street. They are placed in such a way as to create a square with a lounge area, parking spaces and a bus stop, which can serve as an arrival zone for visitors. Deep recesses divide the buildings into four parts that are slightly offset from each other, resulting in uniformly good lighting for all offices.
The development is well connected: The highway connection is nearby, so the economic centers of Lucerne, Zug and Zurich are easily accessible. (ah)
