Basel: Helvetia Investment Foundation buys in
Helvetia Investment Foundation has acquired a commercial property in Basel. The seller was the real estate fund Credit Suisse 1a Immo PK, which had commissioned SPG Intercity with the transaction.
The fully leased office and commercial building is located at Holeestrasse 87; it dates from 1966 and was extensively renovated in 2010. Offices and commercial enterprises are leased on more than 4,000 sqm of floor space. (ah)
