Vescore fund buys in Utrecht
Quadoro Doric as portfolio manager of the open-ended special AIF Vescore Sustainable Real Estate Europe has acquired a property in the Netherlands.

The property is located in the center of Utrecht and has a total area of 6,700 sqm and 36 underground parking spaces. The building, which was built in 1974 and was initially used by the Dutch Central Bank and subsequently by the Chamber of Commerce, will undergo core renovation by the end of 2016. The main tenants are a trade union and an educational institution.
The seller is the Dutch investment manager PingProperties, under whose direction the core refurbishment and leasing took place.
As Klaus Kämpf, sustainability expert at Vescore, says, according to the Vescore location rating, Utrecht takes the top position in the Netherlands due to its advantageous demographics, the high level of education of the population and low unemployment, among other things, and is also among the top 10 in Europe.
