Swiss Life AM: Acquisition in Frankfurt
Swiss Life Asset Managers expands its real estate portfolio in Germany and acquires a commercial building at Stephanstrasse 15 in Frankfurt am Main.
The office building is centrally located in Frankfurt's city center and has around 5,200 square meters of leasable space; the long-term tenant is the city of Frankfurt am Main, which has housed its treasury and tax office there.
The seller of the property is a company of Kildare European Partners. The transaction was supported by the German subsidiary Corpus Sireo. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. (ah)
