Zühlke becomes anchor tenant on NZZ site in Schlieren
Swiss Prime Site has found an anchor tenant for the NZZ site in Schlieren in the form of the service company Zühlke. Zühlke will relocate its Swiss headquarters to the former NZZ printing centre in the course of the 2019 financial year.

Swiss Prime Site acquired the former NZZ printing centre in Schlieren at the end of 2015 with the aim of developing and repositioning the well-developed site with a property area of around 26,700 sqm.
As a first step in this development process, a long-term lease agreement was signed with Zühlke on 29 November 2016. The company covers all phases of the business innovation process and accompanies products and applications from the idea to realisation and operation. Zühlke employs over 700 people in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Austria and Serbia.
Peter Lehmann, CIO Swiss Prime Site, says that the former NZZ printing centre will "experience a real renaissance in the next 24 months". With the signing of the lease agreement with Zühlke, the foundation has been laid for the realisation of a "centre for entrepreneurship, innovation and knowledge transfer". JLL acted as exclusive advisor to Zühlke during the site search and lease negotiations. (ah)
