CS REF Interswiss seeks fresh money
An issue with a volume of CHF 110 to 160 million is planned for the Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Interswiss.
As announced by the fund management company and Credit Suisse Asset Management, a capital increase for the CS REF Interswiss commercial real estate fund is being examined for the third quarter of this year. The issue proceeds are to be used for further portfolio expansion.
The capital increase will be carried out in compliance with the subscription rights of existing shareholders, the statement continues. Further details will be announced shortly before the issue.
CS REF Interswiss holds 62 properties and has total fund assets of CHF 2.35 billion as of 31 March 2021 (according to unaudited semi-annual financial statements). It is thus the largest listed commercial real estate fund in Switzerland. The fund invests primarily in commercial and mixed-use properties, preferably in major Swiss cities and their agglomerations.
