Zurich: Logitech extends lease in Altstetten
Logitech Schweiz AG has extended the lease for its headquarters in Zurich by five years. SPG Intercity Zurich acted on the tenant side.
The design company Logitech Europa SA is headquartered in Lausanne with offices around the world. Logitech's Zurich office is located at Bändliweg 20, is the headquarters of Logitech Schweiz AG and houses other key functions.
For the office space at Bändliweg 20, SPG Intercity Zurich supported Logitech Switzerland with the handling of the lease renewal, evaluated the market and conducted the lease negotiations. Thanks to "good relations with the owners", the lease for the 357 sqm premises was extended by five years "on attractive terms", SPG Intercity announced. (bw)
