Zurich: Implenia hands over high-rise residential building to Swiss Life

After a construction period of just under three and a half years, the Baslerstrasse high-rise residential building was completed and handed over to the client Swiss Life. The high-rise building contains 84 rental apartments, the base building 77. The complex also includes commercial and office space on the first floor and 1st floor. Areas for public use and gastronomy are provided in the inner courtyard and on the first floor.

The design for the building is by Galli Rudolf Architekten from Zurich. The new building will be Minergie-P-Eco certified. Implenia acted as general contractor. (aw)
