Lugano: Rent waiver for commercial tenants in municipal properties

As a measure to support the economy following the Covid-19 pandemic, the city of Lugano has decided to waive rents for commercially used space in municipal buildings for the months of March, April and May 2020. Furthermore, rents are to be reduced by 30 percent for the months of June to December this year. The rent is due in full for the months of January and February.
