CSL summer survey: Office space in city centers still in demand

It is too early to give the all-clear. However, as the latest summer survey by CSL Immobilien shows, demand for office space is still there despite the coronavirus shock and the residential real estate market has hardly been affected by the consequences of the pandemic so far.
