Patrimonium AST: Fresh money for residential real estate investment group Switzerland
The Swiss residential real estate investment group of Patrimonium Investment Foundation has increased its net assets by 21.5 million to 511 million as part of a capital call. The fresh money will be used in particular to finance acquisitions and project developments.
