UBS and Credit Suisse real estate investments receive top marks in GRESB sustainability rating

UBS Real Estate Switzerland's real estate investments performed very well in the annual ESG assessment of the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). Credit Suisse Asset Management was named "Global Sector Leader" and "European Sector Leader".
