CS REF Hospitality maintains distribution forecast

The Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Hospitality has been significantly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and has had to waive rents of over CHF 6 million to date. Nevertheless, the distribution is expected to be between CHF 2.50 and CHF 2.80 per unit, as forecast in July 2020. New uses are now being examined for some fund properties in order to become less dependent on pure hotel operations.
