Business Tenancy Act: No majority

After the National Council rejected the Covid-19 Business Rent Act on Monday, November 30, 2020, by 100 votes to 87 with 7 abstentions, the Council of States did not even take up the bill on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 - so it is definitely off the table.
